You will take full ownership of your sales territory across parts of Eastern Germany, strategically develop it further, and sustainably expand our market presence. In doing so, you will acquire new sales partners, inspire them to join the RAYMON brand, and at the same time nurture existing customer relationships with the goal of unlocking their full potential. Working closely with Sales Management, you will develop tailored sales strategies for your region and implement them consistently. You will provide expert advice to our partners on our product portfolio, monitor market and competitor developments, derive concrete actions from your insights, and ensure transparency through regular reporting. You will also represent RAYMON at trade fairs, events, and dealer meetings.

We develop, design, and produce bicycles and e-bikes for different target groups.To complete our international team, we are looking for a Sales Admin Specialist (f/m/d) with a focus on international markets to start as soon as possible.

 

These are the tasks you can expect.

Own your sales territory: You will take full responsibility for your sales region across parts of Eastern Germany, develop it strategically, and sustainably expand our market presence.

Win over new partners: You will identify new sales partners, convince them of our brand, and build long-term, trust-based customer relationships.

Grow existing accounts: You will actively support your existing customer base, identify opportunities, and further develop established partnerships in a targeted way.

Strategy & execution: Working closely with Sales Management, you will develop tailored sales strategies for your region and implement them consistently.

Advise with expertise: You will have an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, provide expert advice to our customers, and share valuable feedback with Product Management and internal teams.

Keep an eye on the market: You will analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and turn your insights into concrete actions that drive sales success.

Reporting & transparency: You will prepare regular reports, document your activities, and ensure clear visibility across your sales territory.

Events & brand presence: You will represent RAYMON at trade fairs, events, and dealer meetings, ensuring a strong brand presence on site.

Deine Anforderungen

Education & background: You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or hold a comparable degree.

Sales DNA: You bring experience in sales – ideally in field sales – and have a proven track record in customer development and closing deals.

Communication & negotiation: You stand out through your confident manner, strong negotiation skills, and clear, empathetic communication.

Industry affinity: You are passionate about bicycles and e-bikes – ideally, you already have experience in the bike or sports industry.

Independent way of working: You work autonomously, in a structured way, and with a clear focus on your goals.

Flexibility & mobility: Traveling is a natural part of the role for you, and you enjoy being on the road visiting customers and partners.

Office & tools: You are proficient in MS Office and confident in using digital tools in your day-to-day sales work.

Language skills: You communicate confidently in German; English skills are a plus.
