We develop, design, and produce bicycles and e-bikes for different target groups.To complete our team, we are looking for a IT Employee / IT Support to start as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you can expect.
• Focus on Business Central: You’ll serve as the point of contact for our employees regarding questions and issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and support them in their daily use of the system.
• Further Developing Business Central: You’ll actively contribute to the further development of our company’s proprietary Business Central app and assist with the planning and implementation of projects and sprints in Azure DevOps.
• Mastering Microsoft 365: You’ll support our employees in using Microsoft 365—particularly Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive—and assist with questions regarding daily use.
• Bridge between IT and Business: You’ll gather requirements from our line-of-business departments, structure them, and work closely with our external IT and Business Central partners to develop appropriate solutions.
• Actively shaping projects: You’ll assist with testing, updates, and smaller IT projects, document relevant IT and process information, and actively contribute to optimizing existing workflows.
• Leveraging new technologies: You’ll explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence and help us make effective use of AI-powered extensions in Business Central, Microsoft 365, and other areas of the business.

Your skills
Deine Anforderungen
• IT Background: You have completed an IT-related apprenticeship or have some relevant professional experience in IT support, and you quickly get the hang of new systems and applications.
• Microsoft Expertise: Ideally, you already have experience with Microsoft 365 and feel right at home in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Business Central Knowledge: Initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus. If you also have basic knowledge of development using AL code, all the better.
• Business Acumen: A good understanding of finance or accounting is a plus and will help you better understand our business processes and requirements.
• Technical understanding: You approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way and enjoy helping colleagues with technical questions.
• Independence & reliability: You work independently, carefully, and responsibly, and can keep track of things even when dealing with a variety of requests.
• Curiosity & Development: You’re interested in new technologies, digitalization, automation, and AI, and you’re eager to grow professionally and personally alongside us. You don’t need to be an AI or automation expert right now - what matters most is your curiosity and your willingness to learn new things.
