Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

Your everyday life at Raymon.

 

These are the tasks you can expect.

  • Logistics under control: You will support our entire logistics processes – from operational processing to smooth coordination along the supply chain

  • Purchasing with an overview: You will process and record purchase orders, maintain order data in the system and ensure that all information is complete and correct.

  • Deadlines & deliveries under control: You will monitor delivery dates, take care of delivery reminders and ensure that delays are identified and clarified at an early stage.

  • Accurate invoicing: You will check incoming invoices, enter them into the ERP system and reliably clarify any discrepancies with internal and external contacts.

  • Structured master data: You maintain and update supplier, article and price data, ensuring a clean database.

  • Customs & import at a glance: You provide support for customs-related issues such as import processing, customs documents and coordination with freight forwarders and service providers – and ensure that all requirements are met.

Deine Anforderungen

  • Commercial background: You have completed commercial training – ideally with experience in purchasing and/or logistics.

  • Communication without barriers: Very good written and spoken German and business fluent English – especially for communicating with international suppliers.

  • Care & reliability: You work precisely and in a structured manner and can keep track of multiple tasks at once.

  • System affinity: You have experience with ERP and CRM systems (Business Central) or can quickly and confidently familiarise yourself with new tools.

  • Office skills: You have a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and apply it confidently in your daily work.

  • Nice to have: Initial experience with customs and import issues or a willingness to familiarise yourself with this area.
