Specialist (m/f/d)
Do you want to do more than just manage purchasing processes and actively help shape them? In this role, you will support our purchasing team in coordinating and monitoring all ordering and delivery processes – from communicating with international suppliers to maintaining important master data and processing invoices. You will ensure structured workflows, keep track of deadlines, and contribute to the continuous improvement and future-oriented development of our purchasing processes through your careful and pragmatic way of working.

We develop, design, and produce bicycles and e-bikes for different target groups.To complete our international team, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on international markets to start as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you can expect.
• Keeping track of deadlines & deliveries: You monitor delivery schedules, handle reminder processes for delayed deliveries, and ensure that delays are identified and resolved at an early stage.
• Supplier communication on equal terms: You work closely with national and international suppliers and support the coordination of orders, delivery dates, and inquiries.
• Accuracy in invoicing: You review incoming invoices, process them in the ERP system, and reliably clarify discrepancies with internal and external contacts.
• Structured master data management: You maintain and update supplier, product, and pricing data to ensure a clean and reliable database.
• Helping shape processes: You actively contribute to the optimization of our purchasing processes and support the efficient and future-oriented development of workflows.

Deine Anforderungen
• Commercial background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification – ideally with experience in purchasing.
• Strong communication skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken, as well as business-fluent English skills – especially for communication with international suppliers.
• Accuracy & reliability: You work precisely and in a structured manner, maintaining an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• System affinity: You have experience working with ERP systems (Business Central) or can quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with new tools.
• Office skills: You have solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and use them confidently in your daily work.
• Hands-on mentality: You think pragmatically, work independently, and enjoy taking initiative.
