Specialist (m/f/d)
Do you want to do more than just manage logistics and actively help shape processes? In this role, you will support our entire logistics and supply chain operations – from coordinating international transports and working closely with freight forwarders to handling customs and import-related topics. You will ensure smooth operations, keep track of delivery schedules, and collaborate closely with internal departments as well as external partners. With your organizational skills, hands-on mentality, and eye for efficient processes, you will help continuously improve and develop our logistics operations.

We develop, design, and produce bicycles and e-bikes for different target groups.To complete our international team, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on international markets to start as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you can expect.
• Coordinate transports & deliveries: You plan and monitor deliveries, coordinate with freight forwarders and service providers, and ensure on-time operations.
• Customs & import management: You assist with customs-related topics such as import processing and customs documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Process optimization: You identify potential improvements within logistics workflows and support the continuous development of our supply chain processes.
• Data & documentation: You maintain relevant logistics data within the system and ensure structured and reliable documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, and international partners to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the supply chain.

Your skills
Deine Anforderungen
• Commercial background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification – ideally with experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Organizational talent: You work in a structured manner, keep track of multiple tasks at the same time, and find pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills for collaboration with international partners.
• System affinity: You have experience working with ERP systems (Business Central) or can quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with new tools.
• Office skills: You have solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and use them confidently in your daily work.
• Hands-on mentality: You think pragmatically, work independently, and enjoy taking initiative.
• Nice to have: Initial experience with customs and import-related topics or the willingness to develop your knowledge in this area.
