You will be the central point of contact for national and international customers and will ensure smooth support through professional communication in German and English. You will be responsible for quotations, calculations, order processing, and customer data maintenance, and will work closely with the sales, logistics, marketing, and product management teams. You will also provide support for reporting, events, and trade fairs, and ensure that all processes run efficiently, transparently, and on schedule.

We develop, design, and produce bicycles and e-bikes for different target groups.To complete our international team, we are looking for a Sales Admin Specialist (f/m/d) with a focus on international markets to start as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you can expect.
- Customer service & communication: You are the central point of contact for our national and international customers. You respond to inquiries quickly, in a service-oriented and professional manner—both in writing and verbally in German and English.
- Communication on point: You maintain close contact with the sales force, confirm orders, clarify open issues, and ensure that everyone involved is always up to date.
- Quotes & Calculations: You will prepare quotes, calculate prices carefully, and prepare all documents for DACH & Export in a transparent and convincing manner.
- Order Management: You will record orders accurately, check them for completeness and correctness, and keep track of all orders.
- Customer master data at a glance: You maintain national and international customer data, update contacts and agreements – everything clean, structured and clear.
- Processing & logistics: You accompany orders from A to Z, work closely with logistics partners and ensure that deliveries arrive at our customers on time and smoothly.
- Reporting & insights: You create meaningful reports, document relevant key figures, and provide valuable insights for the team.
- Cross-departmental communication: You work closely with marketing, product management, and logistics—e.g., on campaigns, product updates, or promotions.
- Events & trade shows: You will provide support at national and international events, trade shows, and dealer conferences, ensuring that our brand is presented in a professional manner.

- Skills on Point: You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration. Experience in internal sales, sales support, or in a customer-oriented role, ideally with an international focus, is a plus.
- Keeping Track: You impress with your strong organizational and coordination skills and bring structure to processes.
- Independent & accurate: You approach tasks independently, work precisely, and tackle things head-on.
- Always communicating: You strike the right tone—clear, empathetic, and professional, whether on the phone or via email—and impress with your consulting skills, negotiating skills, and confident manner.
- System pro: ERP and CRM tools are not foreign concepts to you, but rather aids for working efficiently.
- Office hero: You are proficient in Excel, Word, etc. and use them routinely in your daily work.
- Language pro: You communicate very confidently in German and English – both written and spoken. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Team player: You enjoy working across departments and bring team spirit to the table.
- Hands-on mentality: You get things done, contribute ideas, and want to grow with us.
