Business Central Developer (m/f/d)

As a Business Central Developer (m/f/d) at RAYMON, you'll help develop and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system, optimize internal processes and drive digital transformation. You'll work closely with our departments, develop smart solutions and bring new technologies such as automation and AI into our daily operations. You can look forward to a variety of exciting tasks, plenty of room to make an impact and a motivated team.

What you can expect from us:

• Developing & Enhancing Business Central: You gather requirements from our departments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and turn them into practical solutions, either independently or as part of a team. You'll actively contribute to the development of our in-house Business Central app and support the planning and execution of projects and sprints in Azure DevOps.
• Business Central at the Core: You'll be the go-to person for our employees when it comes to questions or issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting them in their day-to-day work.
• Microsoft 365 & IT Support: You'll also help our employees with smaller Microsoft 365 issues, particularly involving Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and access permissions. You'll take a hands-on, practical approach to solving everyday IT challenges.
• Connecting IT & Business: You'll work closely with our internal departments as well as external IT and Business Central partners to understand requirements, structure them and develop the right solutions together.
• Actively Shaping Projects: You'll support testing, updates and smaller IT projects, document relevant IT and process information and contribute to improving existing workflows.
• Driving Digitalization: Together, we'll take our internal processes to the next level by gradually digitalizing and optimizing them, automating workflows and developing our own small-scale solutions.
• Exploring New Technologies: You'll explore the potential of artificial intelligence and help us find meaningful ways to integrate AI-powered features into Business Central, Microsoft 365 and other areas of our business.

• Business Central Knowledge: Basic knowledge of development using AL code is an advantage.
