How do I register my bike or e-bike?

Registration is conveniently done online via our registration portal:

With registration, you can – depending on the model and country – benefit from extended services or protection programs. Have your frame number and purchase receipt ready.

What is the range of my e-bike?

The range depends on numerous factors, such as:

Battery capacity
Support level
Rider weight
Terrain
Tire pressure
Outside temperature
Headwind
Riding style

Depending on the conditions, the actual range can vary significantly.

Where can I find user manuals and technical information?

User manuals, technical documentation, software information, and current service updates can be found in the download section of our website or obtained through your authorized dealer.

What should I do in case of a complaint or warranty issue?

Always contact the authorized dealer where the bike was purchased or one of our contract dealers. They will review the matter and handle further processing with our service team.

What does a Mullet setup mean?

Mullet setup means: big 29-inch wheel in the front, smaller 27.5-inch wheel in the back. The big front wheel provides stability and smoothness at speed, while the smaller rear wheel delivers agile, playful handling – "business in the front, party in the back," as we like to say. Check the specs to see which models feature this setup.

How often should my bike or e-bike be serviced?

We recommend:

First inspection after approx. 300–500 km or within the first three months.
After that, at least once a year or according to the intervals specified by the component manufacturers.
More frequently for intensive use.

Regular maintenance increases safety and extends the lifespan of your bike.

Can I order spare parts directly from the manufacturer?

Our spare parts supply is generally handled through authorized dealers. This ensures that the correct components are selected and professionally installed.

Can I replace accessories or components myself?

Many accessories can be retrofitted without issues. However, safety-relevant components like brakes, suspension, drivetrain, or handlebars should only be installed or replaced by qualified workshops.

My e-bike displays an error code – what does it mean?

Error codes usually originate from the respective drive system and can have various causes. Note the displayed error code and contact your dealer. They can perform a detailed error analysis using diagnostic software.

Where can I find the frame number of my bike?

The frame number – often called VIN or serial number – is usually located at the following spots on your RAYMON bike:

Under the bottom bracket – Flip your bike over and check the underside of the frame.
On the chainstay – On the side of the rear frame stay, near the rear wheel.
Under the seat tube – Directly below the seat tube or on the seat clamp.

The number is usually engraved or applied as a sticker. If you can't find it, check your purchase documents.

How do I properly care for my e-bike battery?

To ensure the longest possible lifespan, we recommend:

Store the battery at temperatures between 10 °C and 20 °C.
Do not store the battery fully discharged for extended periods.
For longer storage, keep the battery charged to about 30–60%.
Only use the original charger.
Protect the battery from extreme heat, frost, and moisture.
