As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time, you’ll support our management team in their daily operations, ensuring smooth processes with your organizational skills, discretion, and foresight. You’ll coordinate appointments and business trips, organize meetings, prepare documents and analyses, and act as a vital link between internal departments and external partners. Additionally, you’ll take on administrative tasks and smaller projects independently, always keeping a clear overview even in complex situations.   • Appointments & travel under control: You’ll coordinate schedules, plan business trips, and organize meetings and discussions – from preparation to follow-up.
  • Personal assistance with foresight: You’ll also assist the management team with selected private organizational and coordination tasks, always maintaining discretion, reliability, and priorities.
  • Communication as a key interface: You’ll be the central contact point between the management team, internal departments, and external partners like banks, tax advisors, authorities, and service providers.
  • Numbers & documents in focus: You’ll assist with invoices, receipts, and payments, prepare business analyses, and contribute to tax-relevant documents.
  • Actively shaping projects: You’ll take on administrative special tasks and smaller projects, organize internal events and company gatherings, and implement organizational topics independently.
  • Creating structure: You’ll professionally prepare presentations, documents, and decision templates, always keeping a clear overview even with complex tasks.

  • Business foundation: You have a degree in business administration or completed commercial training – ideally supplemented by further education as a business specialist or business economist.
  • Organizational talent: You work in a structured, independent, and forward-thinking manner, set priorities confidently, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication with finesse: You have excellent German skills and good English skills, presenting yourself professionally and confidently.
  • Numerical understanding: You’re interested in business contexts and handle confidential information carefully and reliably.
  • Office skills: You’re proficient with common MS Office applications – especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Discretion & responsibility: Confidentiality is second nature to you. You work solution-oriented, think ahead, and actively contribute.
  • Nice to have: Initial experience in an assistant role or in accounting is a plus.
