• IT support with a solution focus: You assist our team with general IT inquiries and user issues in daily operations, ensuring technical challenges are resolved quickly and pragmatically.
• Business Central at the core: You are the go-to person for our team regarding questions and issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting them in daily use.
• Developing Business Central: You actively contribute to the development of our in-house Business Central app and support the planning and execution of projects and sprints in Azure DevOps.
• Mastering Microsoft 365: You assist our team with Microsoft 365 tools – especially Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive – and help with daily usage questions.
• Bridge between IT & Business: You gather requirements from our departments, structure them, and collaborate closely with our external IT and Business Central partners to find suitable solutions.
• Shaping projects actively: You support testing, updates, and smaller IT projects, document relevant IT and process information, and actively contribute to optimizing existing workflows.
• Driving digitalization: Together with you, we aim to digitize and optimize internal processes step by step, automate workflows, and develop our own small solutions and workflows.
• Leveraging new technologies: You explore the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and help us implement AI-driven extensions in Business Central, Microsoft 365, and other company areas effectively.

• IT basics: You have completed training in IT or bring initial relevant work experience in IT support, quickly adapting to new systems and applications.
• Microsoft expertise: Ideally, you already have experience with Microsoft 365 and feel at home in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Business Central knowledge: Initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus. If you also have basic knowledge of development with AL code, even better.
• Business understanding: Good knowledge in finance or accounting is a bonus and helps you better understand our business processes and requirements.
• Technical skills: You approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way and enjoy supporting colleagues with technical questions.
• Independence & reliability: You work independently, carefully, and responsibly, maintaining an overview even with diverse inquiries.
