Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

What to expect:

• Master logistics: You’ll support all our logistics processes – from operational handling to seamless coordination along the supply chain.
• Coordinate transports & deliveries: You’ll plan and monitor shipments, liaise with freight companies and service providers, and ensure timely execution.
• Keep an eye on customs & imports: You’ll assist with customs-related topics like import handling and documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Optimize processes: You’ll identify improvement opportunities in logistics workflows and help enhance our supply chain processes efficiently.
• Data & documentation: You’ll maintain relevant logistics data in the system and ensure structured and reliable documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll work closely with internal departments, freight companies, and international partners to ensure smooth communication across the supply chain.

What you bring to the table:

• Business foundation: You have completed commercial training – ideally with experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Organizational talent: You work in a structured manner, keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously, and find pragmatic solutions.
• Effortless communication: Excellent German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills for collaboration with international partners.
• System affinity: You have experience with ERP systems (Business Central) or quickly and confidently adapt to new tools.
• Office skills: You have solid MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, and use it effectively in your daily work.
• Hands-on mentality: You think pragmatically, work independently, and enjoy getting involved.
• Nice to have: Initial experience with customs and import topics or the willingness to dive into this area.
