Your satisfaction is our top priority! With our new warranty programs, RAYMON Care and RAYMON CarePlus, you are always on the safe side - and starting with the 2025 collection, you even get a lifetime warranty on all frames and frame sets (excluding wear parts).
RAYMON Care – Lifetime warranty on frames
With RAYMON Care, you receive a lifetime warranty on frames and frame sets, including chainstays and seat stays, for all bikes from model year 2025 onwards. Wear parts such as shock absorbers, suspension forks, bearings, paintwork, and decorations are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase for the original owner – provided that you register your bike here within 90 days of purchase.
RAYMON CarePlus – Extra protection for your e-bike
For selected e-bikes (all Trailray, Tourray, Crossray, Hardray, and all SELECT models from model year 2025 onwards), the RAYMON CarePlus program offers a warranty extension to a total of 3 years. This provides optimal protection for motors, controls, and batteries in the event of material and manufacturing defects.

RAYMON gives you a 2+1 year warranty on drives from the Trailray, Tourray, Hardray, Crossray model series and all Select models from MY25 onwards. We extend the manufacturer's warranty: All drive systems, including controls and batteries, are covered against material and manufacturing defects for two years under the manufacturer's warranty. And with RAYMON CarePlus, we add another year on top of that.

Warranty coverage Frame - Model year 2025 (see RAYMON Care) and additional warranty on drives of the Trailray, Tourray, Hardray, Crossray model series and all Select models from model year 2025 onwards.
1. Covered area: - Drive systems of the Trailray, Tourray, Hardray, Crossray model series and all Select models, including their control elements and batteries, for material and manufacturing defects.
2. Warranty period: - Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase - Applies exclusively to the original purchaser (non-transferable) - For batteries: Warranty up to 800 charging cycles or a remaining capacity of at least 70%, whichever comes first.
3. Replacement in case of damage: - Repair or replacement of motors and batteries in case of material or manufacturing defects. - If repair or replacement is not possible, an equivalent replacement product will be offered. - Consequential damage or loss of use will not be covered
4. Exclusions from the warranty
The warranty expires in the following cases:
- Improper handling or faulty installation
- Falls, accidents, or other external influences
- Noise that does not impair functionality
- Use in unintended areas such as racing or commercial use
- Failure to perform maintenance and care according to the manufacturer's specifications Use of unauthorized chargers or accessories
- Removal or alteration of the serial number
- Tuning or other technical interventions

- Components such as shock absorbers, suspension forks, bearings on full-suspension frames, as well as paintwork and decoration are excluded.
- Alternatively: A discount on a new product based on an annual depreciation of 6% of the original sales price.
- Use on home trainers (e.g., Wahoo Trainer)
- Damage caused by accidents, falls, or improper use (trailer operation, carrier systems)
- Use outside the intended area of application or in racing.
- Exceeding the permissible total weight
- Technical modifications without manufacturer approval
- Commercial use
- Changes to the frame number
- Failure to carry out maintenance and servicing in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications (e.g., suspension elements)
General terms and conditions
The warranty claim must be submitted to an authorized RAYMON service partner within the warranty period, together with the proof of purchase, maintenance records, and a detailed description of the defect.
