Assistant to the management (f/w/d)
As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d), working part-time or full-time, you support our Executive Management team with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processes through your organisational skills, discretion, and forward-thinking approach. You coordinate appointments and business travel, organise meetings, prepare documents and reports, and act as an important link between internal departments and external partners. You also take independent responsibility for administrative tasks and smaller projects, while maintaining a clear overview even when dealing with complex matters. Sales Admin Specialist (w/m/d) - DACH & Export
You will be the central point of contact for national and international customers and will ensure smooth support through professional communication in German and English. You will be responsible for quotations, calculations, order processing, and customer data maintenance, and will work closely with the sales, logistics, marketing, and product management teams. You will also provide support for reporting, events, and trade fairs, and ensure that all processes run efficiently, transparently, and on schedule.
IT Employee / IT Support& Business Central (m/f/d)
Solution-oriented IT support: You will assist our employees with general IT inquiries and user issues in their day-to-day work and ensure that technical challenges are resolved quickly and pragmatically.
Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
Do you want to do more than just manage logistics and actively help shape processes? In this role, you will support our entire logistics and supply chain operations – from coordinating international transports and working closely with freight forwarders to handling customs and import-related topics. You will ensure smooth operations, keep track of delivery schedules, and collaborate closely with internal departments as well as external partners. With your organizational skills, hands-on mentality, and eye for efficient processes, you will help continuously improve and develop our logistics operations.
Working Student (m/f/d) Computer Science / Business Informatics
As a working student (m/f/d) in Computer Science or Business Information Systems, you will support our team in Schweinfurt for 15 to 20 hours per week on exciting IT, digitalization, and automation projects. You will analyze and optimize existing processes while actively contributing your own ideas. A particularly exciting aspect of the role is the opportunity to help shape the use of artificial intelligence at RAYMON BICYCLES from the very beginning and support the implementation of initial applications across the company. Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
As a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d), you support our purchasing team with order processing, delivery schedule monitoring, and communication with national and international suppliers. You review invoices, maintain master and order data, and ensure smooth, well-structured day-to-day operations. Working independently and with great attention to detail, you actively contribute your ideas to the continuous improvement of our procurement processes.
